Core Timepieces began when two brother–in–laws were at a cocktail bar one night. One noticed the bartender stop mid-cocktail making to check his Instagram. He seemed glued to his screens, competing for attention. That moment sparked the idea for Core—creating watches that remind people to live in the moment, not just online. Core Timepieces was born out of the desire to shift the focus back to personal experiences, timeless craftsmanship, and real connection, away from the noise of social media.

34 years in the creative field, growing up with graffiti, punk rock, and a wise-ass attitude on a spiritual path has taught him the mind is a terrible thing to taste. Wanting to express attitude, humor, and style in the watch, the Seven Sins was the first watch he designed and continues to innovate and design everyday.

With an eye for innovation and a Guru of supply chain, mass production, quality control, and logistics. Kerim has developed and runs multiple successful businesses from music production and sports, to liquor, cocktails, and health brands. He was able to see the potential behind the idea and was the key innovator in starting this journey.
